In person, Phone, Online support (Mental Health Care Plan from GP required). Raphael Services offers specialised perinatal and postnatal mental health support — usually for parents during pregnancy and in the first year after birth. Their counsellors and psychologists support parents experiencing: - perinatal anxiety and depression - adjustment difficulties after childbirth - trauma related to pregnancy, birth, or early parenting - perinatal grief and loss (including miscarriage, stillbirth, and neonatal death)
