About Us
The Aliyah Mae Foundation envisions a world where no parent feels alone in their grief after the loss of a child. We strive to create a compassionate community that offers support, understanding, and resources to families navigating the profound pain of such a loss.

A Note From Jess
I know that in the days and weeks after losing a child, you can feel utterly lost and alone. The world keeps turning, but yours has come to a devastating halt. It’s a numbness, a disbelief, a raw agony that seems impossible to navigate.
That's why we have created this guide. It grew from our own experiences, from the gaps we found in the support available when we needed it most. We remember those early days, the feeling of being completely overwhelmed, trying to come to terms with a reality no one prepares you for.

Please know that your feelings are valid. Whether your loss happened today or months or even years ago, whether your baby came too early or suffered at birth, was given a diagnosis or died without explanation, I want you to know that your loss is valid, your pain is real – there is no right or wrong way to grieve, and there is no timeline for healing. Allow yourself the time and space you need and know you are loved, you are valued, you are known.
I hope this guide can be a source of comfort and a reminder that even in the darkest of times, you are not forgotten. We are here for you, now and always.
Our Story
The Aliyah Mae Foundation was born out of a profound loss and a desire to create a lasting legacy for our beloved daughter, Aliyah Mae.

On July 4th, 2024, in the early hours of the morning, our world was turned upside down when we lost our daughter Aliyah, just three years old, following what was supposed to be a very common routine procedure. The days that followed were filled with unimaginable pain and suffering, compounded by a healthcare system that left us feeling unsupported during the hardest time of our lives.
In loving memory of Aliyah, we have established The Aliyah Mae Foundation to provide the support and guidance that we lacked.
Your Support is More Than Money
The Aliyah Mae Foundation relies on generous support from fundraising events, corporate
partnerships and individual donations to sustain our vital programs and outreach initiatives.
